Grant Ian Brebner is a Scottish football coach and former player who was the head coach at Australian side Melbourne Victory. Born in Edinburgh, Brebner joined Manchester United as a 16-year-old in 1994.

 

As a player, Brebner primarily operated as a midfielder. He began his professional career with Manchester United's youth academy but struggled to break into the first team. He had loan spells at clubs like Hibernian and Stockport County before permanently joining Hibernian in 2002. Brebner enjoyed success at Hibernian, becoming a regular starter and helping the team to qualify for European competitions.
